Xbaiee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01 Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between xbaiee ("we", "us", "the Company") and users of our website and mobile application ("you", "member", "user").

By accessing the xbaiee platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are part of xbaiee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy- and must be read together. Both documents form part of these Terms.

02 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally residing in Bangladesh or an approved region.
• Each person may register only one account. Any duplicate accounts will be closed automatically.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Xbaiee may request identity verification (KYC) at any time to meet security and legal requirements. Required documents may include:

• National ID (NID) or passport copy
• Recent bank statement or utility bill
• Mobile banking account details (bKash/Nagad)

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. xbaiee is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account.

03 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following deposit methods are supported on xbaiee:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.

04 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Xbaiee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within its specified validity period.
• A bonus is generally applicable once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are for betting use only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirement. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of BDT 5,000 in bets.

• The wagering requirement is typically valid for 7–30 days.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirements.
• Xbaiee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting decisions on xbaiee are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a proven technical error on the platform is established.

• The minimum stake per bet is BDT 10.
• The maximum bet per event is predetermined and may vary by game.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xbaiee reserves the right to void the affected bets.

5.2 Sports Betting

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbaiee and will result in immediate account closure:

Xbaiee reserves the right to forfeit all balances on any account found to be involved in any of the above activities.

07 Privacy & Data Protection

08 Responsible Gaming

Xbaiee believes gaming is for fun, not addiction. We encourage members to play responsibly and provide a number of protective tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Receive session reminders at regular intervals while you play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by xbaiee

Xbaiee reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

9.2 Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• Xbaiee's decision on complaint resolution is final.
• In disputes over game outcomes, the game server log will serve as the primary evidence.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Xbaiee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
